1. Introduction & Definitions

Desi 52 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "us") provides an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. This Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") apply to the use of the Desi 52 website and mobile application.

KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, Desi 52 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). You will need to submit one of the following documents:

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the process is finished.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 BDT

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Processing time: usually 1 to 24 hours within.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Desi 52 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• A minimum deposit is required to qualify for the welcome bonus.
• Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you are generally required to 10x to 30x wagering is required.

• Odds in live betting can change at any moment.

Bet Cancellation & Refunds

• If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event is suspended after the halfway point, desi 52's decision on the outcome is final.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error, desi 52 may void the bet and issue a full refund.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Desi 52. Any violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (Arbitrage Betting)।
• Using another person's account or renting out your account.
• Money laundering or handling of illegal funds.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to complete KYC verification using false information.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Desi 52 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances.

• This Terms & Conditions found to be in violation.
• If registration with false information is proven.
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted.
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
